This service is negotiation only. After your initial consultation, you have full autonomy of your property search. Once you find a property you like and want to make an offer on, simply send it to Ben and he’ll take care of the rest. If you want the full-service including property search and due diligence – talk to Ben.
Inspection & review
Once you’ve sent the property to Ben, will conduct a review on the property including a market appraisal, and advising of any considerations before making a formal offer.
